1. General Terms
By accessing and using the tiketlari.id platform ("Platform"), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Platform.
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to race participants, event organizers, and visitors.
2. Registration
Race event registration is conducted through the Platform with the following conditions:
- Participants must provide complete, accurate, and correct personal data in accordance with official identification (ID Card/Passport/Driver's License).
- Participants are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Invalid data may result in registration cancellation without refund.
- One identity (ID Number/Passport) may only be used for one registration per event.
- Participants must meet the minimum age requirements specified by the chosen race category.
- Registration is considered valid after payment is confirmed by the Platform.
3. Payment
- Payment is made through the payment methods available on the Platform.
- Prices listed on the Platform include tax unless otherwise stated.
- Participants must complete payment within the specified timeframe. Late payment may result in automatic registration cancellation.
- Upon successful payment, participants will receive confirmation via email and a unique registration code.
4. Refund & Registration Transfer
4.1 Cancellation by Participant
Registration fees are non-refundable if the participant cancels their participation, except as provided below.
4.2 Transfer to Another Event
Registration transfer to another event is only available if the respective event organizer allows transfer policies. Not all events support transfers. If transfers are not permitted by the organizer, registration fees remain non-refundable.
If transfers are permitted, the following conditions apply:
- An administrative fee of Rp 25,000 applies.
- If the target event price is higher, the participant must pay the difference.
- If the target event price is lower, the difference is not refunded.
- Transfers are limited to one time and must be requested no later than 7 days before the original event start date.
- Transfer requests are submitted via the "My Registration" page on the Platform or by contacting official support.
4.3 Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is fully cancelled by the organizer, participants are entitled to a full refund (100%), processed within 30 business days after the official cancellation announcement.
4.4 Force Majeure
In force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or other emergencies), the refund and/or rescheduling policy will be determined by the organizer and announced separately.
5. BIB Number
- BIB numbers are automatically assigned by the system upon registration completion.
- BIB numbers are unique per participant per event and cannot be transferred.
- Participants must use the official BIB number provided. Use of counterfeit BIBs or another participant's BIB may result in disqualification.
- BIBs must be worn on the front of the body during the race and be clearly visible to officials.
6. Participant Rights & Obligations
Participant Rights:
- Receive a race pack according to the chosen category and package.
- Receive facilities promised by the organizer during the race (aid stations, medical, route security).
- Receive official race results (chip/gun time) upon race completion.
- Submit complaints or inquiries through the Platform's official contact.
Participant Obligations:
- Comply with all race rules and regulations set by the organizer.
- Maintain sportsmanship and respect fellow participants, officials, and spectators.
- Ensure personal health and physical fitness before participating.
- Wear safety equipment required by the organizer.
- Not use prohibited substances (doping) in any form.
7. Personal Data
The Platform collects and processes participant personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Data collected includes but is not limited to:
- Full name, identification (ID/Passport), date of birth, gender.
- Contact information (email, phone number, address).
- Basic medical data (blood type, rhesus).
- Emergency contact.
Personal data is used for race administration, results publication, and event-related communication. The Platform will not sell or share participant personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Health Data: The Platform collects basic participant health data through the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) for participant safety during the race. Health data is used to determine whether a participant requires a doctor's clearance letter before participating. This health data will not be shared with third parties without the participant's written consent.
8. Organizer Liability
- The organizer is responsible for providing a safe route, medical personnel, and promised facilities during the race.
- The organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items, or property damage experienced by participants during the event, unless caused by gross negligence of the organizer.
- Participants with specific medical conditions must consult a doctor before participating. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if the participant's medical condition is deemed high-risk.
- Participants are advised to have personal insurance.
9. Changes to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove part or all of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
